Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with all original packaging and any included accessories. You'll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at tony@fitforlifeau.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll review your request and, if approved, send you confirmation and instructions. Please don't send anything back before contacting us first — items returned without an approved request can't be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect (see below). We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Damaged, faulty, or wrong items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us at tony@fitforlifeau.com within 7 days with photos, and we'll make it right — a replacement or full refund, including any return postage, at no cost to you.

Change of mind
If you've changed your mind, you're welcome to return an eligible item within 30 days. For change-of-mind returns, the original and return shipping costs aren't refundable.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on used personal-care or worn items unless they're faulty. Sale items and gift cards are final and can't be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, it'll be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen it, contact us at tony@fitforlifeau.com.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded — you're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality. Please contact us and we'll help resolve any issue.
