Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery times
Estimated delivery to Australia is 10–18 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with carrier schedules, customs, and busy periods such as holidays.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $75 ship free within Australia.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow a few days for tracking to update after dispatch.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll always try to help if you contact us quickly at tony@fitforlifeau.com.

Lost or delayed orders
